How can I pay for my items?

We accept the following forms of payment:

PayPal account

Debit or Credit card (Visa and MasterCard)

All prices at Ben Robertson Online are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where sold in Australia.

Is your site secure?

Absolutely! Our online store is built on PayPal’s secure shopping cart system. Checkout and payment information is submitted to PayPal’s servers over an encrypted HTTPS connection.

Do you ship outside Australia?

Yes! As sheet music is sent via email, of course we can send this anywhere in the world! The hard copy music will incur a mail cost

How much does shipping and handling cost?

Our shipping and handling costs are shown below. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST when sold in Australia.

*Costs for emailed sheet music cover PayPal merchant fees for receiving online payments, and currency conversion fees for international transactions.

When will I receive my item?

Sheet Music

We will endeavor to email sheet music purchases within 2-3 working days hours after receiving payment.

How will I receive my sheet music?

Sheet music purchased will be emailed to you as PDF attachments! We feel this is the best arrangement for both parties – less work for us and you get your sheet music quicker!

Can you post me my sheet music?

Unfortunately, due to the overheads involved, we do not currently offer postage of sheet music unless indicated

Can I make copies of sheet music that I buy from you?

Each sheet music purchase comes with a license to make one copy. Please email us if you have questions about more complex licensing arrangements.

Can I perform the works in public?

Of course! However, we ask that you register professional performances with us. Please email date of performance, venue name and address, and performer’s name, to info@benrobertson.com.au

For performances within Australia:

please provide us with details of all performances so they can be lodged with the Australasian Performing Right Association (APRA)

For performances outside Australia:

APRA has reciprocal arrangements in most territories across the globe. Please lodge the performance with the appropriate body, and also inform us so that we are able cross check our APRA statements.
